Norra Group’s quality policy is a guiding principle for the whole organisation. The policy is a living document that has provided a starting point for quality improvements.
Our overall quality level needs to provide a significant reason for our customers and members to work with us in the short and long term.
• All our products, services and undertakings must at least meet the standards agreed with members and customers, both internal and external.
• The overall quality level constitutes a personal commitment from everyone in the company, including contractors and suppliers.
• Quality awareness will be reinforced through ongoing follow-up and communication with the customer.
• We will constantly seek to improve the function, profitability and efficiency of the business, in part by prioritising preventive work and training.
