Our Community Guidelines on Social Media

Norra Timber strives to maintain an open and respectful dialogue on our social media channels, where many voices can and should be heard. You are welcome to share your opinions, ask questions, and engage in discussions – if it is done with mutual respect and a friendly tone.

In our social media channels, we reserve the right to moderate or remove comments that do not comply with our guidelines. Violations may result in you being blocked or reported within the relevant platform or channel.

Norra Timber does not tolerate:

  • Comments that are harassing, threatening, violent, abusive, or otherwise offensive

  • Comments that are considered advertising or made for commercial purposes, such as promoting your own business

  • Comments that are unrelated to the post in question

  • Misleading or unlawful comments

  • Comments that spread rumors or disclose personal data

  • Repeated or identical comments posted multiple times (spam)

Comments or behavior that violate our guidelines may be hidden or removed by Norra Timber. Comments or posts that violate the law, for example, threats or hate speech, may be reported to the police.

If you notice a comment or behavior that violates our guidelines, we would appreciate it if you informed us through the platform where you encountered it.

Limited availability during certain periods

We aim to manage and respond to comments as efficiently as possible. However, during major holidays or other periods, our staffing in social media channels may be reduced, which can lead to delays in moderation or replies.

Be mindful of how you communicate

Dialogue on social media is no different from conversations in real life. Please maintain a respectful and constructive tone. Everyone should feel safe expressing their opinions in a factual and constructive manner.
